The competition is aimed at recognizing and supporting the future talents of haute cuisine who are currently training at catering schools in Spain and Portugal.

TheSemilla Award consists of a competition in which contestants will have to create a tapa using Bimi. The process consists of various stages which are detailed below.

Who can take part?

Anyone aged over 18 who is following a catering course at a Spanish or Portuguese school, whether public or private. In addition to having a good academic record, applicants should also be able to demonstrate a strong vocation for the profession, the ability to communicate, an innovative spirit, leadership skills, talent and a willingness to work hard.

What’s the prize?

FIRST PRIZE: a practical training course with Martín Berasategui.
